I saw Lynn the Practice Nurse today, she was wonderful, very knowledgeable, put me at my ease and gave, unasked for, practical advise. She helped with another question I had also and I came away with all the details I needed. Thanks Lynn. Anyone who sees her will be in great hands!

Having complex medical conditions, one of which is rare and unheard of by many, it's so important to me to have a GP who knows my problems. Dr Lewis is amazing he has always been very caring and always has time to listen, never makes you feel rushed. Knowing he is at the end of a phone makes me feel safe as I know he will be able to help me. I'm very upset to be loosing him due to his decision to leave the practice and very concerned that another GP is not going to understand my problems. But life has to go on. I find it difficult to fault anything about the surgery- I have monthly blood test usually with Cherry who is another wonderful caring person who makes you feel at ease and has time for me. My only thing that would help me is that the reception team know about my bone marrow/blood conditions and understand when I ring for the results of blood tests that what might seem normal to them are not always normal for me. Dr Lewis has kindly arranged that the results are posted to me every month as they have to be passed to 2 hospitals.
